Everything is super clean and tidy yet very cozy and it feels like home. The shower rooms are wonderful, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen has absolutely everything and all such good quality. We stayed two nights and visited the world heritage sites nearby. You can get to Ainokura walking 30/40 minutes. The others are reached by bus and the bus stop is right in front of the house. You have a supermarket 2 blocks away, two bakeries from Which I totally recommend the bread / doughnut with red bean paste and the cakes. We also had a wonderful dinner in one of the restaurants. The host was so kind and attentive to every detail. I totally fully recommend staying here. Wonderful experience!

The unit is soundproofed and includes a parquet floors as well as a fireplace. The property has an outdoor dining area. The host lives next door and they were amazing!!! Best experience I had so far on my road trip. Accomodation is just as seen in the photos, lots of decorations, some vintage and lots of furnitures but very clean. We were here in March and it was such a cozy stay. We were a group of 4 so the house was huge for us. The host was amazing in general, he was a funny and outgoing uncle. ^^

Loved the atmosphere of this traditional property, and I had my best sleep of my Japan trip - very comfy mattress! Place is kept warm by the heaters. Loved everything about it and recommending everyone to stay here! Great value for money as well. Friendly hosts, while with limited English they make the stay very comfortable. There is even a warm small spa bath in the bathroom, do yourself a favor and use it especially on a chilly day! Everything was great.
