I was amazed by the size and quality of the apartments, and the staff were excellent; they were always friendly and very helpful. We stayed 8 nights (originally booked for 6, but extended) and found the rooms and facilities very clean and comfortable. The pool was also very relaxing with lots of chairs/tables available to enjoy snacks and drinks. Nearby (five minutes walk) there is a large outdoor food market with excellent food for low prices (opens late afternoon). We ate there most nights because the food was better than in the more popular tourist locations. The beach is a short walk away and in the area, there are also many small restaurants, bars, and massage stores. Many friends who were staying at a five-star resort visited our apartments and commented that they wished they had booked this place.

The hotel staff here are also exceptional; their eagerness to help and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction made my stay truly enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a friendly and professional attitude.
Amazing pool, location. The Villa has all necessary cutlery. Living room is spacious, as well as the bedrooms. All bedrooms are master-bedrooms, so they have their own bathrooms.
Villa is very spacious and great location, only a 5 minute bike ride from main areas. Has everything you need and owner is very quick to respond.

This property is a hidden gem in Pattaya and I would defintely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay. There is a cleaning crew that comes in every day. The villa has 5 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a huge hall, an outdoor pool, jacuzi and outdoor seating areas. The host Mini is always available for any help you may need. Pattaya beach is a 10-12 mins taxi ride from this property. Will surely stay here again on our next trip to Pattaya.
