The location was perfect! We were warned about the possibility of noise coming from bars and restos from the street level, but we encountered none of those. They provided coffee and snacks/ biscuits but we did not take it, The location is quiet, with many restaurants , hawkers near by, a supermarket . There are washing machines and dryers which is convenient for travellers. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The location is pretty decent for the price (but remember that you need to walk quite a distance from Somerset/Clarke quay MRT. Nearest MRT is Fort Canning with bus ride). The bathroom is big as well. Nice TV with local channels. There’s a closet with hangers too.

Location : Surrounding night life is super alive. A lot of interesting restaurants and Changi Village Hawker are nearby. You can take a walk to Changi Beach. Close to Changi Point Ferry Terminal for those who want to explore Pulau Ubin.
We booked 3 rooms and were upgraded to stay at Crockfords in a 3 bedroom villa. It was such a pleasant experience. the villa was outstanding and it really made my kids holiday. Thank you for the hospitality offered by the duty manager, Mr Vincent. We really had a great holiday and will come back next time.
This is our second time stay at village hotel Katong - it’s a great place to stay while in Singapore and more economical for a family of five than a lot of other places in Singapore (if you don’t mind being a bit squished). We love the hawker markets close by and east coast park and the Katong area. It’s even better now the MRT is opened (it opened only a couple of days before our stay). We love the pool, the buffet breakfast and the little supermarket in the attached shopping centre. Highly recommend

The Village Hotel was perfectly situated for our short stay. The bulk of the activities we wished to complete were on Sentosa, so The Village was exactly what we needed - it was close to everything. We had easy access to the Sentosa Express, the Singapore Cable Car, the Helix, Luge & Madame Tussaud's, just to name a few. The room was also great & the beds were really comfy too.
The hotel is located at the buystop. It's very convenient to take the bus.
And we can walk to the Arabian village to look around there.
The staff was very kind when I asked something about how to get to the famous sites.

Village Hotel Albert Court is an absolute value for money. Beautiful hotel with European-style architecture. The hotel is connected well with downtown by MTR. The location is a real bonus sandwich between two MTR stations. The place like Little India, Chinatown, and Bugis were within walking distance. The Hotel staff were super efficient. There are numerous existing food places near the hotel to try out multi-cuisine. The rooms were right-sized and had all the facilities/amenities.
