It is their MODUS OPERANDI in solving their problem. I spoke to Ms. Villacrusis and addressed the problem to her and her solution was to kick you out of the hotel. Unfortunately, the furniture was already quite worn. But it's a vacation rental, not a hotel. The 7-Eleven shop right in the building is very good The pool was clean. The pool area maintained.
