Everything. Beautiful, spotless, beautifully furnished cottage (the beds are bliss) in a picture-perfect seaside village. Every need catered for including dog tags with the cottage address.
Cottage is spacious, very well equipped and comfortable, impeccably clean. Beach, supermarket, pub and fish&chip shop, bus stop within easy walking distance, very pleasant village. Even saw a colony of seals!
Lovely house in a lovely village. Communication with hosts was excellent. Everything we needed and felt that we were staying in a home rather than a holiday let. The beach is a stones throw away and perfect for long walks and children/ dogs to play on. Will definitely return.
The location of Eastwyn was excellent. It is situated in the centre of the village and is within easy reach of the shop, coffee shop and the fish and chip shop. It is also very handy for anyone walking the coastal path. Lisa was also an excellent host.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful location the village in winterton was amazing and the cottage/chalet was on a quiet site with its own pool, there wasn’t much entertainment on site but that didn’t bother us as all the attractions Great Yarmouth, Hemsby etc all close by. Lauren was a fantastic host will definitely book here again!!
The house is very spacious and superbly equipped very quiet position yet convenient for walks to the beach, gentle local sightseeing and charming village 'market square' (very 1910). The village is exceptional as there are no holiday caravans or villages or 'seaside attractions', just miles of golden sand and scenic dunes. The local bus service is frequent to nearby villages, and the hidden-away-down-the-lane pub is a gem, very welcoming and good food.
The cottage was very clean and well equipped. The location was lovely; right in the centre of the village and near to the pub, shop and tearoom; a few minutes walk to the beach. Very quiet and relaxing.
