Everything! The caravan has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, powerful shower, fresh bedding and towels and comfortable beds. The caravan site was perfect for our family (inc 11 year old boy). A short drive away from beautiful beaches and lots to do for the family. The island isn’t a tourist trap which we liked a lot.

Property was fine. As stated, downstairs was a little bit small for the number of people it can sleep. Access to beach not really suitable for elderly people with walking issues.
I should have done more research on that score.
5/6 people staying another toilet would be preferable but it was what it said it was. The milk and tea and coffee available was a nice touch.
Again should have done more research on places to eat and their opening hours.

Beautiful location, just by the beach. Villa was clean. Kitchen well equipped. There were some drinks and food in the fridge on arrival which was great.
Breakfast was not included, as property was self catering. However, the accommodation was very spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated, to a very high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable - making it difficult to get up in the morning! We had our own patio and garden, which was most appreciated. We liked the large walk in shower, especially as there were grab rails to steady ourselves. Overall we had a great holiday in a lovely holiday home.
Mersea Villa itself was a beautiful place to stay, very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location was perfect, the beach in view from the decking and less than a minute's walk away. The area was incredibly quiet too,, presumably it may be a bit busier during school holidays, but it seems this would always be a peaceful place. We went for peace and the sea, so this was absolutely perfect.
The room is freshly decorated and plenty of natural light, the bed is very comfortable end the bedsheets very soft. The location is great, close to the sea and not far from the village. In the garden there is a little table and two chairs to enjoy the sunshine. Soaps and shampoos smell delicious.
Beautiful suite. Easy to get in. Fridge was a bonus. Sea just a 5 minute walk. Lovely sea food restaurants, can highly recommend The Coast Inn. Lovely village. Hosts were great. We loved it and will look forward to staying again.
Very generous size, plenty of room to relax. Free WiFi, good TV, fridge, plenty of parking in drive way and on street, great access to beach, village and inns.
The accommodation was modern , clean and spacious .. The hosts provided us with everything we would have needed with extra touches included - .great location - 2 mins walk from beach , 5 min walk from village ..
