The lady Sam owner is a passive manipulator who did not mention the property isn’t allowed visitors unless they each pay £35 to step onto the premises. I booked on a non cancellation and was only enlightened about the visitors the night before , I explained this was for my party and that my nieces who reside in Birmingham wish to visit she clear and adamant they will need to pay, and provide Identification, I told her I would like her to waive the costs as we do not plan to stay at that property any longer to which she completely refused.
