It was lovely and clean, nicely decorated and in lovely surroundings. 10 minute walk in to the village where there is a little shop and a nice pub with good food and a welcoming atmosphere. Near the sea, a nice fishing town with nice shops and pubs. Our privacy was respected by the owners who lived next door although we heard them coming and going. The chocolate and prosecco were a lovely welcoming touch and the owners were really lovely people. The kitchen was really well equipped for 2 people. Was lovely watching the rabbits in the field out of the window. Thanks for our fantastic stay!

The place is set in a stunning peaceful village and less than a couple of miles from the coast (we walked). Torquay is close by too. Community village shop is next door and has everything in it including a coffee and cake. Really lovely village pub with very good food and friendly staff is directly opposite. The property was super clean and fairly well equipped kitchen
