Location was very good with only a short walk to the centre of Seahouses, which had very good food options. Parking at the front of the property was also well managed. The bathroom had a good shower and bed was comfortable. Good tea & coffee facilities and fresh milk / water in the small fridge under the desk. Good sized TV was also a nice addition to the room. Recommendations for good places to eat was also helpful.

Lovely location just across the street from the ocean. A short walk to the little village of Seahouses, where you can book on an excursion to nearby islands. The village has some excellent fish and chips restaurants. Older hotel with some major recent renovations. Staff was very friendly.
The breakfast was amazing. Donna and Paul both went above and beyond in every category. Never had such nice hospitality in general. The location is just outside of seahorses and is a nice walk through the village maybe 15 minutes or so and overall if you have a car a great base to head south or further north. The area is so beautiful and peaceful with great natural beauty. A very quite place perfect to escape the hassle and bustle.

Absolutely loved this holiday home, easy to find, clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable. Well situated for the town and very easy to access the local shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The beach is a very pleasant short walk away and the Coastal Path is nearby. Provision of toiletries and hair dryers was appreciated, and the dog toys were much appreciated by the fur babies!Thanks, I am certain we will return in the future.
Fab house beautifully decorated. Great location in the centre of Seahouses. Lovely big courtyard at the back of the property with two car parking spaces. Four good sized bedrooms with good quality fittings. En-suites and Main Bathroom again were fitted with good quality fittings and beautifully decorated. The whole property was very clean. The beds and bedding were good quality and very comfortable. We all really loved this property and will book again. Thanks to the owner’s- great holiday home.
