Clean, comfortable little place to stay for few nights. Very good location. Beautiful view of the rye field. There is fire pit next to the house, so we spent romantic evening next to the fire. The owner provides firewood for free.
Kitchen is tiny, but includes all necessary tableware and equipment to heat up or refrigerate your food.
Bed was comfortable with clean bedding.
We really enjoyed our peaceful one night stay.

Very very peaceful. Rustic. Tranquil. Very handy for Ross on Wye. Just a 40 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the town. It had a useful kitchen, dining table. Bed and shower. Just lovely for a peaceful break away.

Setting was beautiful. Hotel nice, staff very friendly, beds very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Very convenient for the village hall event we were attending - footpath just across the road. Ross on Wye, Symonds Yat and other attractions within range.
Excellent location based on a beautiful campsite , no light pollution which for us is a plus , lovely quaint comfortable cottage , greeted with a packet of cookies and a pint of milk which was very welcome after a long journey. Ideal location for Ross-On-Wye and surrounding villages ….perfect for Forest Of Dean ….just perfect 👌🏼
