The Apartment was very comfy with good accommodation for the four of us. The lower villa was stylish as advertised and the outside seating was a bonus to relax with a glass of wine.
The choice of tv channels was appreciated as I have sky at home.
Secure garden area for pet to roam. Good selection of edibles in a welcoming basket including coffee and uht milk. Also a dog welcoming basket. Close to villages. Overall the hut and outdoor seating areas were very clean.
Tracy the owner was very helpful and even though we didn’t meet her we spoke to her on the phone. It was situated in a really nice park in the lovely little village of Dunning. We would be happy to return for another visit.
The location was excellent. There are lovely woodland walks nearby and the main village/town is only a short walk from the accommodation. We really enjoyed the location!
This Victorian villa is just a short walk away from the old city centre of Perth. Great car park at the front and at the rear of the property. Our room (#7) was very nice and spacious, overlooking the back garden. Room was very tasteful and stylish and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazingly delicious and freshly made. Rob was superb host, very welcoming. Definitely would return again.
In the very centre of the village with lots of walks if you want. There is a pub just around the corner which provides excellent food. There is a shop just a bit further up from the pub and sells just about everything. Sarah the owner went above and beyond waiting outside for us to arrive as my phone had no battery and I couldn't contact her😀
It is a great location near Perth but in a charming village. I liked the friendly atmosphere of the pub/hotel.
The staff were really welcoming and helpful, as I couldn't stick around for breakfast on the first day she made sure I got a pack lunch instead to take with me early in the morning. The cooked breakfast the second day was great. Superb value. Private bathroom was clean. Very good if you like simple and basic facilities and value that it represents. The establishment had a lot of character.
The hotel is located near a village outside Perth. It is convenient to visit the center of Scotland. The room is large, comfortable and clean. A good welcome. A very good breakfast.
This was by far one of the nicest accommodations we've ever stayed in. The relaxing spa areas are really unable to do justice in description. We have never left a holiday home so relaxed and refreshed. We definitely plan to return.
