Easy to find. We also got provided with a map and what three words. Clean van and well stocked with basics like pot towels, kitchen stuff and dvds etc tv and WiFi great for kids when it rained. Garden area is well kept and has a table and chairs, veranda also had seating. Lounge was comfy and all 4 of us were able to stretch out. Fans/heaters provided. Extra blankets and torches. Candles made it homely although we didn't use due to wagging dogs tales. Clean cooker and fridge, shower if it has been working was clean and plenty of room. Heated towel rail was great. Bedrooms had loads storage and the decoration was cute. Site is nice and has a club, gym, pool, fishing pond etc but we didn't use them. Caravan owner provided plenty of info and paperwork, was helpful and lives local so when needed was available. Patrington Haven Site staff were not as helpful. A very cosy clean space we would recommend and stay again.

The room was beautiful and every last detail wash polished off perfectly. As it was my partners birthday, I asked if there was any way to have something put in the room and when we arrived there were chocolates and a bottle of wine which was wonderful. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and Kerry who looked after us was very accommodating and friendly. The whole experience was exceptional and we cannot wait to stay again.
