It was very stylish. The bathrooms were amazing. Spotlessly clean. Good safe parking. The only downside was the main bed was very firm and all the pillows were lumpy and very hard. However, I would still recommend it to others.
Service was perfekt, breakfast really good and generous! The village Montacute Is a real gem. We enjoyed the quiz at the local pub, failed of course, we are swedes!!! Next day we visited the Montacute House (we got a gift voucher from the host, thanks!) and took part in I guided tour by Ray, really interesting history.
Exceptionally well decorated, with beautiful taste and class. Fantastic location within the village, which is beautiful and a great centre for exploring so eof the loveliest bits of Somerset.

The property is in a beautiful village and was central to everywhere we wanted to visit. The accommodation is excellent with its own lounge come dining area, small kitchenette, good size bedroom with the largest bed we've ever slept in, and an on suite shower room and toilet. Diane and Stephen bring your breakfast to the room each morning, and it is one of the best breakfasts we've had with plenty of choice.
The apartment was really spacious, very warm and cosy, and very clean. A quiet and peaceful location and there is a lovely view from the balcony. The breakfast was absolutely superb, one of the best ever in a B&B, brought up to the apartment. And catering for gluten free was no problem and much appreciated. I only stayed one night for work but this looks like a great find for a short break. The village and surroundings are beautiful and it reminded me of the Cotswolds!
Excellent self contained little home from home. Central village location. Bed huge and comfortable. Great amenities. Owners Diana and Steve are fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was first class. Will be staying again very soon. Book - you won’t be disappointed
