What a little gem of a place, not sure what to expect when we arrived as the pub looked so small from the outside, However, we received a very warm welcome from Clare and Dai who looked after us so well. The evening meal we had was fantastic and great value as was the hearty breakfast. The room was clean and bright.

Beautiful little guest house, fabulous decor, loved the art too. Glyn, the host, couldn't do enough to make us feel welcomed. Highly recommended, as is a meal at the Riverside pub at the bottom of the road (also, it seems, run by the indefatigable Glyn).

We could arrive at our own time. The key lock box was easy to find.
The cottage was lovely with a mountain stream and a little beach right behind the house. We loved having our meals on the terrace listening to the water.
The village has a nice little pub and everyone was very friendly.

It was ok for what I needed it for, and that was to grab a few hours sleep before heading over to the start of the Rotary Across Wales Walk at 2am.
Very basic single room as advertised but bed was comfortable.
Quiet location close to village centre.

Stunning location, tiny but perfect accommodation. Local village had lovely pub and cafe, really well maintained walks. Everything there we needed, plenty of wood for the log burner and hot tub.
