Had almost everything we needed in terms of furniture, crockery and utensils. Very pleasant decor without clutter. Very clean and comfortable. Outdoor space. Easy to park. Milk, orange juice and Welsh cakes on arrival. Good coop within walking distance. Great fish and chip shop. Walk in shower rather than shower over a bath. Downstairs toilet. Plenty of good quality towels. Very pleasant neighbours. Person at number 9 says thank you for the chocolates. Space under the beds for our suitcases.

Red Kitę barn is an exceptional property. We stayed during December on one of the coldest weekends, but the barn was lovely and warm, the log burner was a bonus and it was lovely that the hosts had decorated the barn for Christmas. We will definitely re-visit.

Love the farm setting. Nigel & Jane were wonderful and very hospitable hosts. Large ground floor room was very clean, well-appointed and comfortable, and the bigger bed was certainly welcomed. Great choice over breakfast with views of the garden. Parking close to the entrance made it easier with the rain. The donkeys are a real feature for we city folk. Thanks heaps for the stay.
