The location was very good, especially for a wedding at Plas Dinam Country House. Ann the host was excellent and there if needed. Everything is clean and tidy and the views of the hills are wonderful. Bottle of white wine in the fridge left for us went down well also.

the keys had been left in the door as we arrived a little early, the host then turned up and we asked if we could leave are van as was early and head off and he said not a problem, when we got back to the property it was very clean and the hosts had left us some milk in the fridge and some lovely scones with jam to enjoy, host was very chatty and informative and the farm dogs very friendly, will definitely be back again.

Elsa met us at the gate to the property, I had already spoken to her in advance of arrival, therefore knew she was incredibly helpful and friendly, however, face to face to hand the keys over and to explain the Cwtch Hut Facilities, she was warm, engaging, so so helpful and gave full details not only for our stay at the Shepherds Hut, but also the surrounding area, where to visit, eat etc. I have never been made to feel more welcome when I have stayed anywhere as I was by Elsa. When I had spoken to Elsa and she heard it was my Partner's 50th while we were there, she organised a complimentary afternoon tea and we were literally blown awasy by her thoughtfulness and generosity, it went way above and beyond anything I had anticipated and the perfect surprise for his Birthday. The views, peace and facilities are amazing, comfy, cosy and just perfect. The hot tub was the best place to relax and have a glass of wine whilst stargazing. We stayed for three nights, could have stayed longer, booked to return next year on day two! Can't wait to go back.
