The location was excellent. Only 10 minutes walk from the train station. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included and was great. Room was very nice.

We liked everything at the stay. The caravan was big enough for 2 of us, there's a fridge, a microwave and kettle and some cutlery etc so any coffee or a meal is easily done. You can also wash up in the outdoor sink outside the shower hut.
It has modern fully equipped shower room that is warm and clean only 10 seconds away, with warm water and spacious shower.
When you get bored or the weather is bad there are some board games to pass time. Early morning or late evening you may be lucky and see a family of deer or rabbits.

The accomodation was great and so was the location.
The location was in a little road in a very quiet village. The village Co-op shop was about 5mins drive and there was an excellent pub in the village that did very tasty food. The beaches were about 15mins drive and very clean because they were part of a RSPB wild life reserve.
A magnificent old house located in a very pleasant area on the outskirts of Kings Lynn.
The owner was very attentive & friendly.
The accommodation was superb, consisting a separate lounge area, a large bedroom & en-suite bathroom. The bed was large & comfortable.
The choice & quality of breakfast was great.
Should you wish there is a lovely village pub within a 10 minute walk.
Lovely little cottage with much of its' old character preserved. Beautifully furnished to compliment this. Comfortable and cozy. Delicious cakes from the host with tea and coffee on arrival. Spotlessly clean. soft towels. soft bed linens. Very quiet location but good local amenities in walking distance: shop, off license, fish and chips and don't forget to visit the infamous village butchers who sells more than meat. Ready prepared meals are delicious and sells fruit and veg to go with them! Thank you Helen for a lovely stay.
The location was a quiet village with easy access to King's Lynn and Norwich. The welcome and facilities were excellent and far exceeded expectations for such a modest charge.
The cabin was really spacious and we stayed one of the holiday homes with two kids. Kids loved the room. The Kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed walking to the lakes and frost area on the same land. We enjoyed the stay.
