The owner has put a lot of effort into making the premises comfy by including everything needed for a couple to stay for a few days. Every home comfort was at hand. Easy to follow entry instructions were provided prior to arrival..free on site parking and a regular bus nearby into the city.

The location was perfect for town and travelling to ther parts of Norfolk. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. The wine cooler would have been better as a fridge to keep milk fresh for tea. The fan was much needed during the hot week we stayed. We spent a lovely week there and would use again.

It was a beautiful property, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated & had everything we could wish for. Caroline was a wonderful host who greeted us on arrival, showed us everything in the property & left some goodies which were very much appreciated. The location in the village was perfect & we enjoyed the short walk to the Black Swan for dinner. It is perfect to explore the many beautiful sights of Norfolk. We definitely hope to return.
The Pelican room is perfect in every way. It’s beautifully furnished and decorated and is ideally located close to Norwich and the Norfolk coast. Caroline is a fantastic host. The village of Horsham Saint Faith is lovely and has a great dog friendly pub which serves delicious food. I just wish we had booked a longer stay.
The lodge was absolutely beautifully decorated & was very clean & comfortable with everything that we needed .Situated in a pretty village , only 5 minutes walk to the pub . We couldn’t have asked for more .
Caroline the host was Superb !!! We celebrated my partners birthday and she created a fantastic balloon display on arrival. Bottle of bubbly, fresh bread, butter, jam and milk. The lodge smelt wonderful as you walked through the door and looked so homely and fresh. Loved the interior!!! Bed was comfortable and everything easy to work and find. Caroline was very kind to share their main garden for our 2 furry friends for leg stretch and toiletry. Lovely village local to the Broads and Norwich.
