Elaine met us at the property. Showed us round the house. Everything was clean, and even had fresh milk, coffee and mini boxes of serial. Towels were folded like swans. We didn't use WIFI as phone signal was 5G. Would definitely stay again as was much cheaper for 2 of us rather than booking hotels near NEC.

Quiet, comfortable and great location. Becky is a fantastic host and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome.
Lovely garden, friendly staff, beautiful village. One stop from NEC makes it a great find for exhibition trips. Comfy room and huge breakfast. I will be happy to book again next year, and highly recommend.
Love that this is still a traditional village pub. The main building is full of character and has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that seems rare these days. The bed and breakfast was spot on. The room (in an out building across the yard) was clean, spacious and had everything you need for an overnight stay. Breakfast was great.
Great pub with very friendly staff in a lovely village and only 10 minutes from the NEC. Also a 2 minute walk from a great Indian restaurant. Very good breakfast as well.
It was a gem in a little countryside village, but near enough to Birmingham and Coventry and other towns to visit. The accommodation was lovely and clean. Very spacious. The bed was comfortable.
The location was great - in a nice village and its an historic pub. The room was nice and there was plenty of tea and coffee available. I did eat there on an evening - menu looked great though the food I had was OK rather than great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent - 10 out of 10 for that.
Charming, characterful place with friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were home-cooked and delicious. Excellent location within easy reach of M42 and M6 but in a quiet, pretty village. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
Really lovely old pub in a lovely village and in fantastic location for the NEC. The pub itself was great to sit in and enjoy a beer with a great selection of drinks and a good atmosphere.
The food is typical pub food, nothing fancy or anything to write home about. Probably wouldn’t come here just for dinner.
Cooked breakfast was tasty.
Bedding and room decor was nice.
John and Kim were amazing hosts! They were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I had the room with the shared bathroom and the shower was incredible. The room had a sink in which was handy and the room itself was very large. The breakfast room had a gorgeous view of the garden. The parking was very convenient and off the main road. I would definitely stay there again. I stayed there to go to a wedding at Fentham Hall which was a short walk away. The little village shops and local pub were handy too.
Great location, a very lovely area and close to world resort arena. A quick journey to Birmingham and no need to stay in the city, if you fancy a village instead.
