The house was lovely - fab layout, plenty of space, gorgeous garden, kitchen and living area. We had a lovely dining room and table that all 8 of us could eat at, plenty of crockery, dishwasher and tablets all provided. 3 decent bathrooms meant we weren't all waiting in the morning. Excellent location; perfect for the NEC and easy to reach. Breakfast was very good & you could virtually have whatever you liked (Bacon sandwich was a must!). The hospitality of the hosts was second to none; the personal touch really does make a difference. I'd stay here again without hesitation & this is one of the best guesthouses I've ever stayed in.
