The property seems to have been renovated very thoughtfully from when it was previously a stable. The homely touches make it an extremely comfortable place with lots of natural light. The field next door is brilliant for walking the dog and the hosts were really friendly and welcoming. We stayed here while channel swim training so it was great only being a 15min drive from the beach and it made for a great relaxing environment to come back to (and warm up).

Little Yaffle aka Woodpeckers, The well organised hosts met us on arrival and are very friendly. Lovely rural location for dog walking, it's tucked out of the way but still close to popular attractions in the area. We will definitely be returning with our Labrador Dexter🐾

Maria was so nice and welcoming! We were able to drop our luggage even though check-in wasn't until later. The room was clean and very comfortable! Breakfast was an extra charge, but well worth it. It was close enough to town that we were able to walk there and up to the castle. Very easy walk to the train station.
