Beautiful old farmhouse in a lovely location. Host was welcoming and friendly and made sure our stay was the best possible. We had The Rockingham Suite which was basically the whole of the attic floor. A lounge area with huge bedroom and well fitted bathroom. Full English breakfast including cereals etc and toast was perfectly cooked and very tasty good quality ingredients.

Great pub with really friendly staff. Stayed the night after spending the day doing some photography in the countryside. The room was basic but clean, comfy and warm. Breakfast was nice and filling. Had a really nice stay, and will definitely book again if I am in the area.

The venue was gorgeous, a quiet cottage in a lovely garden in a quiet village. Facilities were all we could need, and the hosts were welcoming and so helpful with local knowledge and advice
The friendly and helpful staff. The comfortable room......facilities excellent.The hotel was very clean and easy to get around apart from not having any lifts.. Grounds at back of hotel we're very good. Restaurant light and airy. The reception area was astonishing with great furnishings. Loved all the pictures. Breakfast was really good.....cooked and continental. ....plentiful .

This is a converted barn in a small village on the outskirts of Corby. The owners maintain a very pleasant garden which I could have sat out in had the weather been more co-operative. As I arrived on a bank holiday the owners provided some milk, bread and butter.
It is a beautiful property with very friendly and helpful hosts.The room was lovely,warm,clean and with everything you want.Great bath.Breakfast very good and plentiful.Location is excellent for sightseeing in the area,lovely villages,Rockingham castle,Kirby Hall,Lyveden house and many other places.Would return in a heartbeat.
This property was absolutely amazing. The owners are extremely accommodating and offer a wealth of knowledge about the area and all of England in general. When I arrived at the property I was greeted by the owners, they had bread, butter, milk and fresh jam in the fridge waiting. Moat Cottage is located conveniently near both Kettering and Corby and not a far drive from Rushden Lakes making the location perfect for someone who wants to see a bit of everything. The village is charming and the property was everything I hoped for and more.
Excellent cooked breakfast with fresh and very tasty ingredients. Home made marmalade and jam was available. The bed was enormous - so-called Emperor bed. Location was very secluded with rural outlook - but actually close to the village.
