I've never had a warmer welcome. From the booking process to finding this tucked away oasis, Chloe was easy to communicate with and responsive. I could not believe it when I turned into the little gate off the busy road only to find the most tranquil haven. I stayed for a work trip with my 5 dogs and despite working a lot during my long weekend trip, I felt like I'd had a holiday. The garden is shared, which worried me at first as I'd expected a private garden. However, it was not a problem at all as everyone on site was very friendly and accommodating. While I'd expect this to be an issue during the busier times, it really wasn't during the time of my stay. The studio itself was clean and cosy and the perfect place to warm up and chill after a day's work. I will be booking here again for my regular London trips. I am very lucky to have found this place, though would not be surprised if it books up or is used for retreats and such.

It was clean, the beds were very comfortable and it was a welcome rest after the wedding we'd been to. The lady was amazing as we had trouble getting in and she phoned me at 1am to show me how to get in - above and beyond.

Brian and Sue are extraordinary... with their infinite kindness and remarkable interpersonal skills! This trip to London was incredible thanks to the warm welcome from these hosts. You felt right at home when you got home, everything was perfect. Thanks again to Brian for his expert advice on the city. The train to central London is a 2-minute walk from the house. Go there with your eyes closed for a typically London weekend, you'll be charmed! Ps: Thanks again for everything and many kisses to you and Harry!

Orchards home is a lovely place. The house exceeded my expectations in all ramifications. Clean and tidy. The decorations around the house makes the house more welcoming and relaxing. Easy access to train station was a plus, it makes commuting in and out of London a lot easier . I will surely rebook this property for my next vacation.
