The view was amazing. Listening to the ducks and swans playing in the lake was a great way to end an evening.

For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
We travelled with our dogs, there was a large enclosed garden which was great for them.
The studio had everything we needed and was in easy reach of Bexley where our friend lives.

The flat is small, but beautifully equipped. We were very grateful to be able to see the car from the flat as we had to carry a lot of equipment on board which might have been vulnerable. The location is excellent, and the neigbourhood was quiet. Great value for money.
As always, I had a warm welcome and comfortable stay. I am having to travel regularly and keep booking in here, because it is such a wonderful place to stay. I absolutely love it here. It is conveniently located for me and the apartment is not only functional, but super comfortable. It is starting to feel like my second home.
Studio is compact it's very well designed and totally self contained with its own front door.
Bear in mind this is a small studio property so don't expect lots of space, however saying that we thought it was perfect.
Property is also a short drive to Chislehurst (5 minutes) where you have a great choice in restaurants from Asian to fish and chips. Perfect accommodation & location.
Set in nice grounds and a convenience store nearby for your essentials. The underfloor hearing was great. Its on a bus route which is handy if you don't want to drive. Dogs were welcome and the site is secure and the parking and access very good. The host was pleasant and left us to our own devices; with the knowledge they were on hand if we needed anything. The facilties were adequate for self catering needs, plenty of sockets, and USB charging points, though a USB C point would have been handy.We would stay again.
The studio was clean and tidy. The bathroom with toilet, sink and shower was very good as were the towels. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. The provisions provided for breakfast were good. The parking space was good.
I stayed here with my daughter and our dog. We loved everything about it! The apartment was splotlessly clean, the grounds were beautiful and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying again!
This is a wonderful place to stay. the gardens and trees are amazing. I stayed in the one bed apartment which is well equipped as though one is staying at your home away from home. Chloe is very accommodating, and made sure I had everything I needed.
