The location is stunning. As is the property itself which is a beautifully renovated farmhouse, originally called Camlan Uchaf, which is hundreds of years old. The owners have renovated it to a high standard and have kept all the original features. Robin and Jane made us feel very welcome. The room was lovely, small and cosy (as to be expected) with the most comfortable four poster bed! Heaven! All facilities were super. Delicious breakfast too. It was also lovely to sit in the old kitchen (now lounge area) and have a beer - a beautiful room. A most enjoyable time! Diolch!

Everything! We stayed in the Wooly Wagon overlooking the field and woodland. Really cozy and you could tell that there has been a lot of thought gone into what was provided in the location.
Lovely old pub in the middle of a village. Bedroom is so clean and tidy and accessible very comfortable. The landlord went out of his way to look after me, nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly. Stayed an extra two nights which says it all. Felt like home. Breakfast exceptional.
Fantastic location for mid - Wales and Snowdonia as located on the 'Mach Loop'. Lovely village location, super old coaching inn with great pub atmosphere, good beers and food. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quirky (old building).
We were on a motorbike tour and it was perfect for our needs. I have stayed here previously and would not hesitate to book again if in the area.
Superb old country 'Coaching Inn' located in a small village in the Welsh Valleys. Stunning scenery all around.
Great staff, fantastic pub atmosphere, good beer, great food and a superb brekkie.
This was my second visit on motorbike tours as it's ideally located for the 'Mach Loop' and makes for a decent overnight stopover or longer stay.
Super, small country pub / hotel located in the Welsh valleys close to the 'Mach Loop', so if you like Top Gun, get ready!!! We were on a motorcycle tour so here for one night and there's safe, off road parking.
Friendly place, great beer and village pub atmosphere. Comfortable and clean rooms, great staff and great brekkie.
Highly recommended in fact I've booked it again for September
