The garden room, just off very lovely X rectory house, in lovely setting was a delightful surprise, better than expected. Contemporary renovation, spacious, cosy and beautifully done. Lovely big comfy bed, great bathroom, heated floor plus small lounge area. Had excellent vegan dinner just short stroll down road at The Duck. Very sweet and quiet village. Nespresso coffee machine & frother at breakfast😃👍
Apartment is clean, airy, comfy bed, decent kitchen, modern bathroom with a proper bath, near quaint villages and lovely coast to explore. 2 friendly sausage dogs and a black cat...
The Old Rectory is impeccably clean and quiet. Our spacious room combined bedroom and sitting room. There was good lighting, good storage and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fine. The breakfast was excellent with fruit and very good coffee. The owners were friendly and helpful. Campsea Ashe village is about 12 minutes' drive from Snape Maltings. The local restaurants seem to be quite good. We enjoyed a very good meal at The Unruly Pig. All in all, The Old Rectory is a good find and good value for money.
The location was great. The village of Campsea Ashe was close by, and easily walkable. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. There was lots of useful information about things nearby. Tina was a lovely, welcoming hosst.
the location was the important thing. ideal for our plans to visit Snape, Minsmere, Sutton Hoo and Aldeburgh. All exceptional locations. good car parking on site. handy village shop.
