good location mostly. Cottage is quite old and wonky, with tiny stair case (not for big people for sure) and original features. Parking was easy, no need for keys as everything is coded - entrance and room.

Super comfy bed and pillows. Super clean bathroom. Towels and bedding beautifully clean, fresh and white. The bar staff were pleasant and helpful. David? was incredibly helpful, thoughtful and caring. The room was very quiet despite fronting onto the road and I had a very good night’s sleep.

Jennifer was very welcoming, and bed was so comfortable and clean. Fire stick was included which was perfect for us. Loved Jennifer's dog, he was such a big softy.

Ideal venue for our short stay. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. Very nice courtyard area to sit out and easy walk to the village facilities and castle.
Excellent location opposite the impressive Caldicot Castle, a short walk to the village centre and also nearby to the coast walk to view the Severn Bridges.
Comfortable spacious rooms and a very good choice of breakfast.
I left my wristwatch behind, which was returned by secure post, excellent service.
