Welcoming hosts. Super clean room and en-suite. Comfy bed and although on busy main road, noise was kept to a minimum with triple glazing and ceiling fan fitted although we didn't use this being a particularly cold April, having said that the room was warm and cosy to come back to after a day exploring Lincoln. The breakfast was cooked to order and delicious with good choice. The train station is a short walk away that takes you into Lincoln in 11 mins so would recommend this as an alternative to driving in. There is a bus from the station that will take you up to the Cathedral (it is a very steep hill) but would advise a walk at least in one direction as some very interesting independent shops.
