Clean, very comfortable and cozy caravan with everything you possibly need / fully stocked kitchen. Allocated parking slot next to caravan. My 6 and 3 years old girls absolutely loved it, from the moment we stepped inside. The children's play area was an additional bonus. Peaceful location-Only 5 min drive to Ballantrae beach. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Returned my call straight away. Highly recommended.

The cottage was absolutely delightful. Hidden gem. Walks from the doorstep are fabulous. Decking and seating area listening to the sound of the river. . Art pieces around the cottage, bought a painting and some driftwood pieces.

The caravan is literally "home from home." As a family of 5 we had absolutely everything that we needed. There has been so much time and effort put into the layout, and the little touches throughout made us feel so comfortable. The local area is absolutely beautiful and we have fallen in love, so much so that we booked up again before leaving. A lovely oasis in which to rest, relax and unwind.

Very helpful owners. Great facilities for kids. Very family friendly. Good value for money. Interior lovingly presented and very homely. Excellent flush on the toilet. Owners ensure basics are there ie oil, bin bags, tin foil, condiments, tea and coffee etc. Would defo recommend and we would definitely return.

The caravan was at a nice spot. Close to the beach by car. Really clean and had all kinds of equipment ie phone charger one might forget or need more of. Extremely clean and perfect wfor a family trip. The nearby pub is really welcoming. All in all great stay!
