Everything one might need was provided. A lovely cosy place with a covered terasse where you could take in the fresh air in the morning. The rooms are easily heated on a chilly morning. I loved the washing machine to do laundry after hiking. you can watch sunset and rise from the covered terasse. Easy communications with friendly and helpful Encarni and the owners as well. Access to the next hiking trail right in front of the door to take you up to Laroles and further. All you would want to buy you can find in this village pharmacy, baker, two grocery stores, bank, just great. I stayed for two weeks and did not get bored. All the information for interesting hikes are at the Ayuntamento. Great help as well. Also you can park the car almost right in front of the door, so no problem with loading unloading your stuff.

We got lost on our way to the accommodation and Jose was quick to respond to my whatsapps and helped us. From there, check in was very easy and friendly. He showed us everything and made us feel welcome. The walk to our cottage was a little steep but you get distracted by all the beautiful flowers and fruit trees. Each cottage has a little private garden with a beautiful view and BBQ area. We used the BBQ and it worked well. Inside there was a fire place but we didn't bring logs! No worries, we just sent a quick whatsapp at 10 euros later had a huge crate worth. Your'e also close to the local Coviran (a shop) and garage which were open even over the Semana Santa holidays. Pep the hotel dog was an additional treat. If you're a dog person, then this is the place to be. Our 5 year old son loved it too. Oh and did we mention the central heating?
