The most idyllic location imaginable. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The facilities, including free sup & bike use, were excellent. The owners showed the utmost hospitality during the absolutely divine breakfast. The best hotel I’ve stayed at, perfect in every way.

The ground floor apartment is in a quiet area,15-20 mins walk to the center. Streets don't have short ways (steps), therefore it can be quite exhausting with all the ups and downs.
Apartment was cleaned properly, we nicely were allowed an early check-in. The access to the flat using a key box with a code is quite smooth.
It has everything needed for comfy stay including stuff for some minor cooking.

Great garden to chill. Breakfast was amazing. Super nice hosts. Very responsive communication. We booked one night but decided to extend our stay.
The hotel is managed by a nice and funny couple. The place has a lot of cachet and is very personal to the owners/managers. The owner is cooking himself and I can only recommend to eat at the Pensione Agra, which serves ticinese (local) food. The place is located in a very calm village, almost at the end of the main road - it's very calm. The most pleasant part was the amazing sunrise that you can admire, with the scenic view enhanced by the small chapel located next to the hotel.
A wonderful place in an outstanding location. We had one of the hotel-type rooms, with a balcony overlooking mountainous scenery, in a very quiet village in Swiss Ticino, just a short drive to Lugano and a short walk to other hilltop villages. The hosts were extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. Their restaurant (and breakfast) everything one could wish for in a simple, local trattoria.
the owner are very friendly and helpful. the location is situated in a peaceful quiet village. they also helps us to find parking for our 3 vehicles. breakfast is also good especially the crossaint bread.
The hostess was amazing. She's running a hotel and serving all the guests in the small restaurant. She was extremely polite and gracious in helping us understand a menu written in Italian and German. The food was amazing. Breakfast and dinner were quite nice. Accommodations were pretty standard, 3 small beds and a shared bath. Property is in a cute village with very easy access to Lugano and all it has to offer. We would definitely stay again and look forward to it.
