It was extremely clean so that we felt that it was better than five stars hotel. All facilities in the room were very well considered and organized. Kitchen tools including sink were very well cleaned. Bathroom was very clean and equipped with all necessary things. Shower booth was wide enough and clean. No water was came out from the booth and shower was working very well. Free parking place was good too. And, it has partial ocean view. Nearby I could across the sea to get to old town shortly by a boat just paying one Euro.
Great position, not far from the sea and from Old Town (take the boat man across or it's a lot further to walk). Great for families and the pool is lovely. A lovely mix of cultures stay here as well.
Friendly host. Easy and fast communication. Everything was clean and tidy. Excellent location for the boat show exhibitors.
We stayed at room 3 which has a big balcony with the sea view. The room was equipped with a kitchen and basic utensils. We could do a self-check in and there is a small boat 500m away from the villa which takes you 6-7 mins to old town.
Pictures are accurate! Apartment has a lovely sea view. Very easy and fun to get across to the old town via boat, 1 euro per person. Host welcomed us with some buns.. nice touch. Free gated parking on site.
The apartment was above a grocery store and next to a bakery which for us was idea. We had hired a car which we parked behind the apartment, but also enjoyed our walk into Zadar, using The Boatmen of Zadar (being doing it for 800 years!) to take us over to the old town, although you can walk, it’s just a bit longer. Mistral Retreat was clean and comfortable, so no complaints. Mate who met us with the keys was very helpful and gave us a quick tour of the apartment and facilities.
The apartment is very spacious and well equipped and decorated to a high quality. There is plenty of room to store clothing and the kitchen is well equipped, aside from not having a dishwasher. The wii is really useful for kids for an evening in and the multiple balconies are great for sitting out on. The apartment is in walking distance of beaches and shops, although in extreme heat this can be hard work. Sukosan is a lovely area with beautiful pebble beaches and the marina area for boats and a nice beach bar.
Terrific breakfast, fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes à la carte; really nice place with small private beach, free SUPs for use (including tag-along-dog); very calm, perfect for relaxing; next village/supermarket/post office is 1km away (either walking or by boat); very good food (pricey though), seems to be a yachting/skipper hotspot for dinner.
