Meik and Daniel are so awesome with everything! Totally nice guys! Such a unique experience and staying on the yacht, combined with the marina and beach area.. we didn’t leave all weekend! There’s enough space to fit three people comfortably, possibly even four. Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and small freezer, utensils and glasses, and a microwave and a coffee maker. Even pots and pans and a stove top if you need it.  There is a toilet area for urination only (“#2” you walk 3minutes to go to the marina bathrooms that are very clean and and comfortable ) and a separate shower area that I used without any problems. There’s also a large shower area at the marina, again, a three minute walk away. You can have your coffee and watch the sunrise on the back deck, and then go up to the upper deck for the sunset and enjoy a drink! We did not want to leave. There are two great restaurants right on the property that we went to for every meal and they make you feel like family every time. And the beach area was absolutely fantastic! They had hammocks and wooden chairs you could sit on. There were also plastic white sun loungers you could rent for €15 a day that belong to the hotel next to the beach. 
Pula

We were directly in the marina. A small boat is available to rent from the owner and we used it every day to explore the neighbouring islands and beaches.

The host was extremely kind. She gives us a lot of recommendations. The apartment is located in the old town with a 5-minute walk from anything - sights, restaurants, bakery and it has sea view. We went for an hour boat tour with a skipper (organized by the host on our request), it was amazing.
Everything is new and room is in good condition, the location is nearby a yacht spot
Perfect quiet location on a little island but 5 minutes by boat to the old town.
The Playa Laguna area is fantastic - beautiful park and beaches with lots of activities (tennis, cycling, boating, jet skiing etc) about a 20 minute walk from the Porec old town. Hotel Mediteran is an enormous mid-price option. Breakfast and dinner were fine, as good as you can expect from buffet meals for hundreds of guests. Rooms a bit small but you want to spend your time outside anyway
Nice view, yet it is in front the boat fixing dock. Breakfast is very very good.
We got the room with simply the best view of the Rovinj city - in the combination with the ideal weather, it was very romantic. The boat service (free for hotel guests) to the island and back is superb and on time. Nice breakfast/dinner ambient in the restaurant. The hotel is located on its own island and there are nice (short) walking routes around the perimeter.

I like the newly renovated Apartment Capriati very much, it was comfortable and on a good location. The managing company, "Blue Sea" agent personally brought me the keys and allowed me to check in earlier than usual, since I arrived early in the morning. The same agency also managed to find me a spot on a boat to Venice on a short notice. In short, they went above and beyond to help clients in their needs, so I highly recommend them, as well as the apartment Capriati.
It is an extraordinary experience to stay in a houseboat with a view of the open sea, of the marina where it is located and of a lovely village. I loved having my morning coffee on the small terrace in the extension of my room, feet in the water, and the aperitif on the large terrace with a view of the sunset in the sea. The beaches are very nearby, as well as the long promenade by the sea.
Everything was just excellent! The house boat "Water Lilly" is located in the Marina of Pula and wonderful beaches are just around the corner, all necessary shopping markets are also very close (by car appr. 5 minutes). Thanks Elvis, we enjoyed our stay very much!
