It was a boat and unusual to stay in rather than a hotel. This is not something I would recommend.
Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
Can’t say enough about the host . There was a language barrier which created confusion on exactly which slip the boat was in. They got our location and came and picked us up and took us to the boat and even offered to take us to the taxi stand upon our departure . Beautiful boat with amazing scenery . A must stay !!!!
We stayed here as a stop over and really enjoyed it. A different experience than a standard hotel room, but we really liked it. The owners were also very friendly and flexible with the check in and out. Furthermore the boat was nicely located close to a pretty beach area. Thank you for the stay!
Everything is as advertised, but read carefully. This is not a quiet area at night. Showers/toilet are not close to the boat. There is an extra charge to enter the village. If you know what you are doing, this is a very good option for one night.
There isn't anything to dislike really.
It's a boat with a bed. It's comfortable and we were able to combat the temperature by using the facilities we had!
If it was too hot, we would open the 'lid' and the little side windows, if we were cold then we would close them. Simple as that.
If it rains, SHUT THE HATCH. There is no fault of the boat, it's the design.
Location was close to a good beach and yachting marinas. Enclosed balcony with a very pleasant view of the marina. Well equipped kitchen. Secure parking.
