The hosts were the kindest people - one of us fell ill during our stay, and they were so concerned and offered to make ginger tea to help us feel better. They were responsive on WhatsApp to any queries we had, and accommodated a later check-out than what we had originally planned. There was a water filter to refill our bottles as well, which was really helpful.

The units will provide guests with a minibar. We loved our stay at Maison de Sapa. It’s very close to the city center and still outside enough to keep its remote charm. The room was big, clean and had everything we needed. We had dinner and breakfast as we as coffee and Smoothies, everything was really delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we booked a Fansipan 2 day hike and our bus back to Hanoi with them, both last minute but everything worked out well and the recommendation was definitely worth. Especially Giang was very helpful and made our trip to Sapa to something very special and enjoyable. Thanks so much. We would book again!
