We arrived at 3 am and she accompanied a late check in. On top of this we planned to head to laos after our 2nd night here, but the owner informed us we needed a visa from hanoi to cross the border from Sapa. Because of this we had to hop on the next bus to Hanoi and cancel our 2nd night we had booked. The owner did not charge us for the cancelation and organized all of our bus tickets. Very helpful and understanding!

The young couple who manage the accommodation are always available to guests. They advised us how to spend the day, what we could do in the area. A quiet location where you can relax. We were served an excellent dinner, and you also have the option of other meals, at a time of your choice. The English-speaking hosts have beautifully furnished rooms in which you can find everything you need for a vacation. If we are in these places again, we will definitely choose this accommodation again.
Host Luen was very helpful, all the staff were great. Excellent food at the restaurant. Nice rooms with a view across the rice fields. Nice family run establishment. A few km from the lake, but fine if you have motorbikes like we did. Quiet, clean, well appointed rooms. Would recommend as great value for money.
Exceptional customer service. They picked us up from the bridge since our private van couldn't get through. We called ahead for dinner and when we arrived, it was all fresh and hot for us. The view was amazing. Love how they have their own boat ride available. The bed mattress were very firm - some is us liked it, some didn't- bit that is just individual preference.

Delicious dinner and lovely simple and very cheap accommodation with a beautiful view of the lake. We stayed in the individual couple rooms on the lower level.

Very nice homestay with view on the rice fields and lake, and very quiet The owner takes you to the homestay by boat from the pier I came at a time where there were not many tourists, so I was upgraded from dorm to private room for the same price The food served for dinner is diverse and delicious The trekking in the jungle proposed by the owner is beautiful, for a very fair price This place is very good value for money
