At the bed and breakfast, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and brunch and serves American cuisine. The family are really welcoming and helpful and the food is great! The rooms are individual units with small balconies set slightly back from each other to give privacy. It is really quiet and peaceful and only takes about 5-10 minutes to walk into Ta Van.

The units will provide guests with a minibar. The property is about 10 minutes walking distance from the Stone Church, and the Sun Plaza where the Fansipan cablecar station is located. We preferred the location as it gave us a break from the buzzing Sa Pa. The lobby is very spacious and invites to hang out, it also has a pool table at the first floor. We really loved our room. it was very bright, the bed was comfortable, and it also had a small balcony. However, what made our stay special was the friendly staff who helped us with tour arrangements, pick up and everything else.

The room offers breathtaking view to the valley so you can enjoy beauty of Sapa while drinking a coffee from the balcony. Linh and her husband are extremely welcoming hosts. They even invite you to sit with them in the evening and treat you with their local food. Linh was always around to provide advice or help with anything you need. From my 14 days of vacation in Vietnam, this place was the best.

The units are equipped with heating facilities. The room was cozy and clean with private bathroom and balcony. Everyone were super nice and helpful, although noone really speaks English, but via google translate it wasn't hard to communicate. They have a pretty decent wifi too. There are some appliances in the common areas like an electric kettle with cups, which was nice because I could make tea, coffee and cup noodles myself. It's a bit of walk uphill, maybe 5-10 mins from the main square, but it's much more quiet in return and also there is a great view.

We had a wonderful stay, they had very warm blankets for the cold weather, let us check in late because we arrived on the sleeper bus at about 2am and had warm water for showering. We had a delicious breakfast. After our trek they let us come back and leave our stuff. They helped us book our sleeper back bus to Hanoi and organized all the transportation to the bus. Overall 10/10 the host is so so lovely, welcoming and kind. Would stay here again if I return to Sapa.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Zizi Homestay, a traditional Hmong wood homestay located in a breathtakingly beautiful natural setting. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the friendly staff, who went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Zizi, the hostess of the homestay, was particularly exceptional in her service. Her passion for preserving Hmong culture and sharing it with others was evident in every aspect of my stay. She took the time to show me around the homestay, explain the history and significance of the various artifacts and decorations, and even taught me how to make traditional Hmong dishes. The homestay itself was a perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. The traditional wood construction of the buildings gave the homestay an authentic feel, while the modern amenities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The homestay was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the beautiful surroundings made for a truly unforgettable experience. The natural beauty of the area surrounding Zizi Homestay was simply breathtaking. The lush forests, verdant valleys, and rolling hills provided a stunning backdrop for my stay, and I was able to go on some truly memorable hikes and nature walks. If I had one complaint, it would be that the weather was a bit unpredictable during my stay. However, this is something that is out of the control of the homestay and the staff did their best to accommodate me during any inclement weather. Overall, I would highly recommend Zizi Homestay to anyone looking for a unique and authentic cultural experience in a stunning natural setting. The warm hospitality, exceptional service, and unforgettable memories made for an incredible stay that I will never forget.
