The food was very good and on our second night we had dinner (and happy water) with the family and other guests which was tasty and really good value. The room was perfect with comfortable beds and probably the best shower we've had since arriving in vietnam.we stayed two nights but could've stayed longer. An amazing experience and would definitely recommend!

She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. Zu the chef made the BEST food I had in Sapa and he adjusted to my preferences with a subliminal vegetarian menu every single day! The rooms are individual units with small balconies set slightly back from each other to give privacy. It is really quiet and peaceful and only takes about 5-10 minutes to walk into Ta Van.

We preferred the location as it gave us a break from the buzzing Sa Pa. The lobby is very spacious and invites to hang out, it also has a pool table at the first floor. We really loved our room. it was very bright, the bed was comfortable, and it also had a small balcony. However, what made our stay special was the friendly staff who helped us with tour arrangements, pick up and everything else.

Everyone were super nice and helpful, although noone really speaks English, but via google translate it wasn't hard to communicate. They have a pretty decent wifi too. There are some appliances in the common areas like an electric kettle with cups, which was nice because I could make tea, coffee and cup noodles myself. It's a bit of walk uphill, maybe 5-10 mins from the main square, but it's much more quiet in return and also there is a great view.

There are many treks to choose from according to your interests and curiosity. Or you can ask the host for advice to choose a suitable trek. With a reasonable price, I chose hometrek and had a trip to learn about the culture of the Hmong people about their way of living and food.
