Duval Street is 2 minutes’ drive from the property and The Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum is 3 minutes’ drive away. Amazing historic location in the middle of the old town. Super tranquil environment with lots of orchids, flowers, palm trees in the garden. 4 nice pools and very beautifully restored rooms and cottages. Also good breakfast provided every morning and amazing hosts either great tips for trips, i.e. the sunset sailing boat cruise! Thanks to the great team at Simonton for making our stay so great.

The units in the bed and breakfast are equipped with a coffee machine. Complete with a private bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer, all units at the bed and breakfast have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and some rooms have a terrace. At the bed and breakfast, each unit has bed linen and towels. Loved the location and vibe! We stayed in a renovated room. Unfortunately we just stayed there for one night!

We do not offer Continental breakfast, not all rooms have a terrace or patio or a wardrobe. We do not have room service. We only have housekeeping services. Jeff and Belinda are great. They gave as a really warm welcome and were really caring and helpful during our stay. Jeff and Belinda alone would be worth to come to this place. The room and bathroom was very clean. The furnitures and other stuff in the room were carefully selected to fit in this renovated house with its lovely history. We can highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Key West.

Continental and buffet breakfast options are available every morning at the bed and breakfast. I really loved the location. It is a quieter area of South Beach but within walking distance to everything - restaurants and shopping. Stefano and the 2 ladies that looked after us were great. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and we were there for a week. Breakfast was amazing. We had everything that we wanted and the bed was super comfortable. Normally when travelling the bed is never really that great but the bed that we has was so comfortable. It was also very clean. Would stay here again when next in South Beach once there is availability.

Miami Beach Rooms B&B is situated in the South Beach district of Miami Beach, 500 metres from South Pointe Park Beach, 1.5 km from Fisher Island Beach and 500 metres from Jewish Museum of Florida. Accessible via private entrance, all units have air conditioning, soundproofing, desk and a private bathroom with a shower. At the bed and breakfast, the units come with bed linen and towels. Location was great, very close walk to restaurants and the beach but not a noisy area at night. Parking garage ($20/day) was also walking distance but there were available street parking which were first come first serve so it was a hit or miss. Perfect size for a family. There were 9 of us and the rooms were great sizes to accommodate all comfortably. Very clean apartment and beds were very comfortable. The whole place was well equiped with the host always replenishing the fruits, water, snacks and condiments. The host Arzu is THE BEST you will meet. She is so responsive to my messages and inquiries, very accommodating and she checked on us daily to make sure everything is going well. We asked for an umbrella for the beach to borrow and she brought it right away. Overall, this was the best B&B experience I’ve had so far. THANK YOU ARZU FOR EVERYTHING!

At The Gondolier Inn each room includes bed linen and towels. Wonderful place, a gem! Fully renovated with good old times flavors. Excellent service, very clean, close to the 5th, amazing amenities.

Comfy, clean and tidy and a great bathroom. - location is amazing. Right next to the harbour and less than 10min walk to Duval Street. It was also still very quiet and relaxing. - the inside ground/courtyard were nice and gave a greenery and isolation even though in the center of town. Great to chill by the pool. - complementary drinks for happy hour! The rum punch was great and went down way to easily! - the staff was very friendly, especially Stacey who was very friendly and helpful. - friendly guests, it seemed that all the guests there were on the same wavelength and it was great to have a chat at breakfast or during happy hour
