I really loved the location. It is a quieter area of South Beach but within walking distance to everything - restaurants and shopping. Stefano and the 2 ladies that looked after us were great. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and we were there for a week. Breakfast was amazing. We had everything that we wanted and the bed was super comfortable. Normally when travelling the bed is never really that great but the bed that we has was so comfortable. It was also very clean. Would stay here again when next in South Beach once there is availability.

Location was great, very close walk to restaurants and the beach but not a noisy area at night. Parking garage ($20/day) was also walking distance but there were available street parking which were first come first serve so it was a hit or miss. Perfect size for a family. There were 9 of us and the rooms were great sizes to accommodate all comfortably. Very clean apartment and beds were very comfortable. The whole place was well equiped with the host always replenishing the fruits, water, snacks and condiments. The host Arzu is THE BEST you will meet. She is so responsive to my messages and inquiries, very accommodating and she checked on us daily to make sure everything is going well. We asked for an umbrella for the beach to borrow and she brought it right away. Overall, this was the best B&B experience I’ve had so far. THANK YOU ARZU FOR EVERYTHING!

We got a small apartman next to the main building, which was really cute. Despite of the accomodation was really close to the beach and the Ocean Drive, it was very quiet. The employees and the owner was super nice. They prepared the breakfast freshly there, and we could choose between eggs (omlett, fried, scrambled) and pancackes. The bed was really comfy. We highly recommend it :)
