Featuring a terrace, Kohyao Non Bay features accommodation in Ban Nai Wat. The air-conditioned accommodation is 100 metres from Laem Had Beach, and guests can benefit from on-site private parking and complimentary WiFi. We expected much less because of the cheap price. It was spacious, extremely clean, and very peaceful property away from tourist spots. Only ten minute walk from the beach, but I would recommend renting a bike, which is easy to do because the staff offer it! Amazing restaurant is only a 2 minute walk away. We were very happy with the property.

It was our best hotel in south east asia. The staff was a 10/10 super helpful and friendly. We also did a free tour they offer that was the best, lets you really grab the history and essence of Hoi An. The rooms were also perfect and the swimming pool even if small enough for a swim after tourism. The breakfast was also great; we took fresh fruit, banana pancake and juice and almost explote every morning!

Hotel is on the main street, but windows look into internal yard, so it was relatively quiet at night. It's close to the beach. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Big terrace, comfortable bed, etc. Hosts are very charming and welcoming. Good quality breakfast. I would stay here again with no doubts and would recommend it to everyone.

Restaurant served great food. You can hire scooters from here. We also got picked up and dropped off at the pier for a charge. Jum speaks very good English so that was great for us. She is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, we had a flat tyre while riding around and she got someone to come out to where we were with a spare tyre. Would highly recommend and would happily stay again

The beach itself was great for a swim and there were lovely shade trees. The food was excellent as were the pina coladas! Special mention to the ladies who work there, we had such great service!

Lovely manager. Room clean and well maintained.

We felt right at home as soon as we got there. The place is well taken care of and the detail of the minimalistic design of the room is outstanding. There is a restaurant open for dinner and the food is amazing. Will definitely go back!

The bed and breakfast features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The girl in the reception was very nice. She booked the ferry to Phi Phi Islands for us and she contact a taxi to pick us up in the morning. We were very pleased for that. The breakfast was really good: pineapple, different types of jam, butter, toasts, tea, coffee, cereals and milk. It was perfect! Thank you for your kindness :)

Hillhouse is a lovely, quiet spot with stunning views of the karsks in PhangNga Bay. I could see the sunrise from the bed or, when I could be bothered to get up, watched it come up while swinging in the hammock on the balcony. The rooms were clean, and the staff were extremely nice and accommodating.
