It’s very clean and spacious. Frank and Ann were very friendly to us. It was interesting to speak with Frank about everything)) Ann organized for us great trip to ethical elephant park and was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with tasty omelet and toasts. Location is very good. It’s not far from Kamala beach (about 5 minutes), its windows look at the silent backyard so there wasn’t any noise. I would recommend this place to my friends.

I loved everything about Ms Mondees place, an exceptional host and sweet lady! I will definitely be back! And don't forget to ask her to order a tuk tuk to the airport or around town, it was the highlight for me.

They were extremely helpful with regards to renting a scooter and providing transport to and from the pier. we will definitely be back!

The owner and the staff were super helpful and welcoming. It was also very easy to book trips and find activities to do through them. Hotel is close to the main street with restaurants and it's a great value for money.
