I felt that small details were taken in account to make my experience the best possible . The courtyard was beautiful and warm with flowers, palm trees , etc. definitely a place to return one day

Featuring a shower, private bathrooms also come with a hairdryer and towels. We arrived late and realized that we got scammed at the airport and also had a problem with our rental car. The owner helped us a lot and even made phone calls to try to solve our problem. He took a lot of his time very nicely. He also advised us on safety recommendations in Mexico then. We got upgraded to a bigger room as it was available. Breakfast was really amazing and local. We should have stayed longer.

Very friendly , arty and independent couple run this snapshot of the jungle. They picked us up from airport, treated us well and took us to a local bbq around the corner. The staff onsite make you feel like royalty. Breakfast, meals and drinks can be delivered to you room, served at the "family" table or even poolside if you wish. My stay at Xaha was the best part of my trip to Tulum. If you go say hello to my favorite host Ricky. Ricky shared his knowledge about different areas, fun places to visit and would even speak directly to your taxi drivers in Spanish to ensure there was no confusion on our desired destination. I love me Ricky! Also, this place has very tight security. I've never felt safer.
