The room was nice , clean and all facilities were provided. Access to the building and room was very easy. The location itself is great, all the tourists attractions are in walking distance. In the evening loads of nice restaurants nearby. Overall perfect location for a short stay in Rome .

The room was comfortable and very clean, and had everything that we needed (a small fridge and coffee). Jeric the owner , is very friendly. We appreciated a lot that the air conditioning was on before we arrived, so the room hat the perfect temperature too. We will definitely come back .

The selected room was almost brand-new, cleaned, comfort and perfect in size for couple of people.
