At first, I was hesitant to book because I saw a previous review that the wifi was slow but since then the host Zakki has upgraded his line and I had no problems whatsoever doing a zoom work call - the line was probably better than in my home! I loved my little bungalow, it is so cute and comfortable and host Zakki was amazing. He helped me arrange a private driver from the airport to Bangsal Harbour, gave information on how to get to Gili Air and what to do around the island. He really cares about his guests and looks after them so well, I feel like we’ve become friends. The staff here are lovely too, and the bunnies are so cute. The place feels so peaceful, quiet, cosy and homely and I truly enjoyed my stay here.

The owners of Casa Azzura - Sabrina and Claudio were extremely polite, helping us with the luggage from the port and back, and with anything we needed. The bungalo was comfortable and clean. Drinking water, toiletries, and fresh towels were given every day. The breakfast was awesome. we loved the omelette with olives, basilicum, mozzarella and pesto, and the freshly squeezed tomato juice as well as the coffee our hosts prepared for us. The swimming pool was warm and clean. we liked the quietness of the place and its good atmosphere. Thank you, Sabrina and Claudio!

They helped us with everything, gave many tips and as a human beings they are gold. Place was beautifull and breakfast good too. There was possibility to refild water bottle again, so it was good for enviroment. I would go again! ❤️

The staff was treating us like family, always welcoming with a huge smile and a friendly hello. The place is beautiful, right on the beach with a cosy restaurant where you can enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset. Our room was very comfortable and it was perfect to feel the paradise island vibes. Gigi and Efhoenk took such a good care of us. They are good people, doing their job very well.
