Very friendly staff, clean and comfy accommodation. Also they cleaned my backpack for little money because it smelled horribly like fish after a bus ride and I still couldn't get rid of the smell after two cleanings. Super easy motorbike and bike rental. Brought us comfy thick blankets when it got colder. The room is bigger and prettier than it is on the pictures! Loved our stay here.

Good location, cycling distance to the main tourist attractions. There is a lovely coffee shop right next door, and lots of restaurants around. Easy to get into Tam Coc or Ninh Binh centre. The rooms were large, huge beds and really clean. Also the pool was a great touch, to be able to relax and unwind. Breakfast in the morning was great! Highly recommend for your stay in the area.

The beds were very comfortable and beautiful decor - we later learned the owner had made the beds himself! Impressive. We really enjoyed our stay, in a beautiful and peaceful setting but a few minutes walk to all of the bar’s & restaurants in Tam Coc area. The owners were very lovely and helpful, we had some laundry done, our bus tickets booked, rented bikes and a massage in the room. The breakfast was nice and something different every day. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at Charming for 4 days. The hosting family is very friendly and courteous, they will go the extra mile to assist us in any aspect. The place is very nice and clean, we hoped to be able to use the beautiful pool but the weather did not allow it. It's located in a quiet area but very close to Tam Coc boat pier, so it does have access to all needed places and eateries within minutes of commute. We definitely will come back in the future.

It was easy to mingle with other guests who spent time on the shared premises. And finally, the hosts were able to arrange all kinds of local activities and transportation with a very fair price. Wifi, AC, etc. worked really well for us.
