Charles and Romana were spectacular hosts. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. We had access to coffee, tea, soft drinks 24/7 and, of course, mini candy bars! The home is centrally located and a 5 minute walk to the cliff walk. Charles gave us directions and suggestions of what to do and we followed them and were thrilled with our visit. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this lovely home and hosts!

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. It was decorated nicely for the holidays and the rooms and common areas were spotless. Loved that the TV had built-in Chromecast so we could easily stream whatever we wanted to watch to the TV. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Newport (10-minute drive) or other East Bay towns (20 minutes to Bristol).

Staying at this hotel in mid-November. If I found the information correctly, the hotel opened in April 2023. The hotel is quite old. It can be seen that repairs have been done for a long time, but everything is neat and clean there. The rooms are spacious. There is a swimming pool. The beach is literally 50 meters from the hotel and its 1 minute walk to the Cliff Walk by car. Nevertheless, it is quite far to the city center if you are not by car. In my opinion, you can find something better nearby.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, beautiful, nice interior design, comfy beds, restaurant and bar staff very friendly. At first we were surprised to see the hotel located at a busy road, but the hotel then turned out to be very quiet and relaxing. Close proximity to all tourist attractions in Newport.

Great location, both owners were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were spacious, well equipped with microwave and fridge/freezer and had a nice view. Nothing fancy about the rooms as they are older style but everything you need for a visit.

Excellent Little Motel. Very, very clean. It is small but everything was immaculate. Very quiet area that is close to a ton of Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Beaches and Newport. We took the ferry to Block Island for the day which was a 10 min drive. Awesome location. Very friendly owners that were very accommodating. Ice machine on site to fill your coolers for the beach. Beautiful Sunset in back yard! Can't beat the price.

The breakfast was ok, some food were cold. The coffee wasn’t great. You need better plastic utensils. The small plates were awful. I saw a lot of people dropping some food on the floor. You couldn’t even cut the waffle with the cheap knife. The hot water in our room took a long time to warm up to be able to take a shower.

Booked two connected rooms. Beds were clean and comfortable, and that's coming from a germaphobe! The bathroom had a few rusty yellow stains though, mostly cosmetic, probably results of age. Overall, the rooms were pretty well maintained. It was mostly quiet for the rest of the evening aside from some young children running in the halls. But that stopped by 9pm. Hotel offers plenty of parking spaces! Would consider returning.

Second floor room was quaint and quiet with a small fridge and microwave. Having a balcony to sit out and enjoy an evening glass of wine was fabulous. Great breakfast outside on the covered porch comes included.
