The staff are what make this place so special. From the moment of booking we where offered help arranging taxis etc.
We arrived early in the morning and checking in at 7am was no problem.
The room is very large and incredibly comfortable. We loved the opportunity to book ground floor so we didn't have to lug luggage up stairs etc.
Everyday you are left a small package outside of your room of bottled water toilet paper and tea/coffee which is a great touch.
The location is about 20-30 minutes from walking street and central Pattaya however everything you need is within walking distance of the hotel. 3- 711s and many great restaurants and of course Wonderful massage places.

Great location right near the pier. Very hospital and friendly owners. It is on a recessed street and was very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable with a great mattress very soft. The breakfast was very tasty. I would recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future.

Huge site on the ocean front. Good location in pratumnach. A convention centre, and a couple of hotels on the site. Impressive lobby. Deluxe honeymoon room with sea view was lovely and very comfortable indeed and the smart TV a nice touch. Bed was very comfortable and air con quiet. The pool area is expansive and has great area for kids. The private beach is lovely and peaceful and you and stroll along the coast.
The room was amazing. Lovely balcony with a great view. So close to city centre, yet very quiet and peaceful. The private beach the hotel had was great. I only wish I had longer than a few nights to properly enjoy it. Staff were very informative, friendly, helpful.
