I liked the room which was spacious and well equipped although there was as noticed by other guests a faint smell suggestive of sewers in our room which was a little off putting although did vary in intensity. The pool was lovely- a couple of chairs to put towels on whilst swimming would have been helpful. Breakfast was good and served by a lovely lady called Daniella who was most helpful in arranging my taxi to the airport. The accommodation is a way out of Pisa so a car is really essential and taxis to the airport are VERY expensive. Overall a good stay in a beautiful part of Italy

Huge room, comfortable bed, friendly owner. I stayed 3 nights for work and had a great stay. Bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you directly to Pisa.

The host was friendly, it felt like visiting a grandma. If you like cats, you will love the place. Also, the house was like 5 minutes away frin the tower of Pisa by car. Easy parking right outside.

We stayed here to have some peace from the city centre. It was really quiet, yet we were still close to Pisa and a really nice (free) beach!! The place was nice and spacious and also very neatly clean. The terrace was a wonderful place to play card games and drink some beer! We definitely recommend.
