Beautiful and quite place, spacious room for a family of 5 (1 with a cot). Beds are comfortable. Lovely breakfast room and good breakfast products. The manager is an incredibly kind and nice lady. Easy to park the car and walking distance from the old town.

The Villa is in a great location to walk into the old town. The host was very approachable, kind and thoughtful, he took time to give us lots of information about the area. Everything was clean, well presented and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

Lovely place. Breakfast is great, with handmade cakes. In a quiet street, but easy access to the walled city, and a bus to the station is very close.

Great location - on a walking distance from the city centre, restaurants, station and Lucca walls. Very spacious and convenient apartment, equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed having three separate bedrooms, each with a private bathroom - perfect for the comfortable stay of 5 to 6 people. And the nice balcony as well. Thank you for the wonderful time in Lucca!
Delightful boutique hotel with excellent staff that make you feel welcome from the first moment. The bed was comfy, the air conditioning quiet and the shower was nice and powerful. The room was cleaned everyday, with fresh bedding and towels. Coffee machine and kettle in the room, is a really nice touch. The breakfasts is fresh everyday and a simple offering but more than enough choice. I had fresh fruit and yogurt whilst my husband went for made to order scrambled eggs and bacon. Location is great, and at the heart of the town.

It was everything my family and I was looking for, great host all the facilities we needed and for us a great location,. A massive supermarket literally on our door step 2 mins away Quiet location and public transport near by. The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine, with two young kids this facility influenced our choice. If we return to Lucca we would definitely come back here.
The room was comfortable, stylish and sparklingly clean in a great location. Francesca and Luigi were great hosts and made us excellent breakfasts every morning. Lorenzo, gave us some very good restaurant recommendations. Value for money, this is the best place to stay in Lucca!
Lovely apartment right outside the Lucca walls. Very quiet but great location in walking distance to everything. Spacious, plenty of room - would recommend if you have a group! Great host, very responsive, booked a lovely local restaurant for us.
Free wine and tiramisu on arrival. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom, had everything you need. Also washing machine with a drying function.
Great location just outside the city center. Charming old villa. The bed was comfortable.
